We come out and look at it
You show us the room and tell us what is not working. We measure, look at what is behind the finishes where we can, and talk through the options and the constraints honestly.
You get it in writing
An itemized written estimate with the scope laid out in plain language, so you can see what is included and what is not before you agree to anything.
The job gets sequenced
A renovation is trades waiting on each other. We work out the order before demo day, and you get told which weeks matter and which days a room is out of use.
We show up and keep you told
